B2b (engl.: Business-to-Business) kommt aus dem Bereich des E-Commerce. Als B2B werden die Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen mindestens zwei Unternehmen beschrieben und schließt den direkten Endkundenkontakt im Gegensatz zum B2C aus.[1]
